A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFOmIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SP-I!
ESTABLISHING PERMITTED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARI
SNUG HARBOR.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert
wit:
Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block A of Bella Vista accordin
thereof No. 2152, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder, March 7, 1929, and a portion of Lots 10, 12 of Block C of the resubdivision of Tracts 238 an

Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd dz
January, 1985, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrj
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann
Commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
