A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 84-5, TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A MIXED-USE INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE
COMPLEX ON 16.5 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL,
NORTH OF THE CABLEVISION BUILD.ING.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with
City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a req
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

The owner of the subject property shall execute a hold
harmless agreement regarding drainage across the adjacer property prior to approval of building permits.
The drainage system shall be designed to ensure that rur resulting from a 10-year frequency storm of 6 hours or 2 hours duration under developed conditions, is equal to c than the runoff from a storm of the same frequency and duration under existing developed conditions. Both 6 ho
