A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL
TO REFORMAT AND EDIT THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT TEXT W!

Findings:
