A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE E
TO ALLOW TWO FREESTANDING DEALERSHIP POLE SIGNS FIV
APART ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 5500 PASEO C
NORTE IN CAR COUNTRY.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed wit1
City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Cornmission; ar
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re

This conditional use permit is granted for a period of t
years. This conditional use permit shall be reviewed by
Land Use Planning Manager on a yearly basis to determine conditions of this permit have been met and that the use
