A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 1
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 40 UNIT APARTMENT
PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SI'
ROOSEVELT STREET NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ROOSEVELT
AND MAGNOLIA STREET.
APPLICANT: ROOSEVELT 42
CASE NO. : PCD-82
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
wit:
Portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Section 7, Township 125,
4 W, San Bernardino Meridian and a fraction of Block
according to Map 775 filed February 14, 1894,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a req'
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 22nd day
May, 1985, consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and consideri,
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to b
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the
Planning Commission Determination; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninc
commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearil
Commission APPROVES PCD-82, based on the following find

This project will not cause any significant environmental impacts and a Negative Declaration has been issued by the Use Planning Manager on May 9, 1985 and approved by the Planning Commission on May 22, 1985.
