A RESOLUTION OF THE PLAMNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR A 103 LOT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND
102 UNIT LA COSTA DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
THE CALLE BARCELONA AND CALLE ACERVO
INTERSECTION.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain prop

That portion of Lot 9 of Rancho Las Encinitas, i
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Calif
according to the Map thereof No. 848, filed in t of the County Recorder of San Diego County
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a
