II PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2425 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF FUTURE COLLEGE BOULEVARD. All landscaped areas shall be maintained in a healthy ar: thriving condition, free from weeds, trash, and debris. Any signs proposed for this development shall be designe conformance with the City's Sign Ordinance and shall req review and approval of the Land Use Planning Manager pri installation of such signs. Trash receptacle areas, for the recreation lots shall be enclosed by a six-foot high masonry wall with gates purs to City standards. The applicant shall submit a street name list consistent the City's street name policy subject to the Land Use P1 Manager's approval prior to final map approval. The project shall provide bus stop facilities at the intersection of College Boulevard and Cobblestone Way to satisfaction of the North County Transit District. Said facilities shall at a minimum include a bench, free from advertising, and a pole for the bus stop sign. The benc pole shall be designed in a manner so as to not detract the basic architectural theme of the project and said de shall be subject to the approval of the Land Use Plannin Manager and North County Transit District. Approval of Tentative Tract No. 84-32 is granted subject approval of Specific Plan 195. The CC&R's shall prohibit the storage of recreational veh in the required front yard setback. A parking area for 4 recreational vehicles/boats located in the unused area ne 1 at the north end of the property shall be paved, fenced landscaped to the satisfaction of the Land Use Planning Manager. Said parking area shall be for the sole use of residents of this project and shall be maintained by the homeowners association. The homeowners association may c residents a small fee for the use of this facility to he1 recover maintenance costs.
