Findings z
1) In conjunction with Zone Change 337, eventual development of
the property at an intensity of 0-4 du/ac (RLM) would be more compatible with surrounding and future land uses than the existing RMH (10-20 du/ac) land use designation, as stated in
the staff report.
2) In conjunction with Zone Change 337, the site is more physically suitable for development at the 0-4 du/ac density range.
3) This action will not cause any significant environmental
impacts and a Negative Declaration has been issued by the Land
Use Planning Manager on August 10, 1985 and approved by the
Planning Commission on August 28, 1985.
