A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING
TITLE 21, CHAPTERS 21.27, 21.30, 21.32, AND 21.34, OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF SUBSECTIONS
21.27.050(16), 21.30.070, 21.32.060, 21.34.070(3) TO PROVIDE FOR EMPLOYEE EATING AREAS OUTSIDE OFFICE BUILDINGS
IN THE 0, C-M, M AND P-M ZONES.

Use Planning Manager on September 28, 1985 and recommended for
APPROVAL by the Planning Commission on October 9, 1985.

OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21,
CHAPTERS 21.27, 21.30, 21.32, AND 21.34,

Planning Director for approval prior to the issuance of

buildings which are located within 500 feet of an
