The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does 5 6 ordain as follows: Section 1 : That Title 21, Chapter 21 .44, of the Carlsbad 7/Municipal Code is amended by the additions of Section 21 .44.220 to 8 9 read as follows: 21.44..220 Required garaqe standards in residential zones. 10 (a) Garage area in the R-1 zone.
