A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, mCOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A LVENDMENT
TO EXISTING MASTER PLANS TO APPLY NEW REVISED DENSITY
RANGES.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO,: AMENDMENT OF ME'-1, MP-139, "-149, MP-150, 1
MP-174 AND 175

Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and 8
existing Master Plans in the City has been filed with the City of 7
WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to
9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
10 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
11 . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 22nd day of

1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 18

desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 16
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons 15
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 14

Commission recommends APPROVAL of the Amendment to the Master thel

25 1) This amendment will result in the same density ranges being

27 facilities and services will be provided in all areas of the

22 Plans according to Exhibit "A" , dated January 22, 1986 attachedi

Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the 22nd day of January, 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
