RESOLUTION NO. 2562
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING A MINOR AMENDMENT
TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A VIDEO ARCADE.
It is hereby resolved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad that Conditional Use Permit No. 234 - Woolworths
may be administratively amended by the Planning Director to allow
the video arcade to be moved to the interior of the Woolworths
Department Store in a 2,000 square foot area which formerly
constituted the coffee shop of the Harvest House. It is a
condition of this approval that all the terms and conditions of
CUP 234 as approved by City Council Resolutions No. 8041 and
7835 and Planninq Commission Resolution No. 2176 shall remain in
full force and effect. This amendment shall not extend the
expiration period of CUP 234.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad Planning Commission held on the 23rd day of
April, 1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairman Schlehuber, Commissioners: Holmes,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Smith.
Marcus, McFadden and Hall.
