A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW TANDEM
PARKING, COMPACT PARKING AND A STANDARDS VARIANCE
FOR A DRIVEWAY CUT GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
OCEAN STREET BETWEEN BEECH AND CYPRESS.
APPLICANT: BRODINE

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to
wit:
