PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2597
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL
OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-2, RESIDENTIAL TWO FAMILY
TO R-1, RESIDENTIAL ONE FAMILY ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD BETWEEN PONDEROSA DRIVE AND LARCH
DRIVE.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

CASE NO: ZC-347(A)
7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, has been
8 filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and
9 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by
:LO Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
:L1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 30th day of July,
