A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A 108 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF HOSP WAY, BETWEEN HOSP WAY AND MARKON ROAD ON PARCEL D OF THE HOSP GROVE MASTER PLAN. APPLICANT: ODMARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
VHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of
September, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed
by law to consider said request; and
I.8 I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and

esiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
elating to the Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit. 21
22 I1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEKEBY RESOLVED by the Planning

j That the above recitations are true and correct.
1 That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the
Commission recommends DENIAL of CT 85-23(A)/CP-320(A), based on

proposed project and existing projects.
