APPLICANT: RANCHO LA COSTA PLAZA CASE NO: SDP 86-3 p < /&.?,[iA WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal code, the Planning Commission did, on the 18th day of February, 1987, consider said request on property described as: Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 12586 recorded on February 25, 1983, as document No. 83-060578; WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to Site Development Plan No. 86-3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. The applicant is not actively processing the proposed project. 2. The proposed project does not comply with the requirements of the La Costa Master Plan which mandates that development plans for an entire neighborhood must be processed concurrently. 3. The proposed project has numerous unresolved Planning and Engineering issues. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City. of Carlsbad, California, held on the 18th day of February, 1987, by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Vice-Chairperson McFadden, Commissioners: McBane, Schramm, Holmes St Schlehuber .
