APPLICANT: MAGTIRA CASE NO: SDP 86-8 DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 86-8, TO ALLOW A MEDICAL WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the 7 City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 8 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request 9 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and lo; I/ WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, I' said request on property described as: l2 the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of May, 1987, consider 13 14 The northerly 79.00 feet of the westerly 114.00 feet of track 117 of Carlsbad lands according to map thereof no. 1661 filed March 1, 1915. 15 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all l6 Development Plan No. 86-8. Said wall shall be approved by the Planning Director prior to construction. I 9 // Engineering I 10 11 12 15) Prior to hauling dirt or construction materials to any proposed construction site within this project the developer shall submit to and receive approval from the City Engineer for the proposed haul route. The developer shall comply with all conditions and requirements the City Engineer may impose with regards to the hauling operation. 13 14 15 16 17 16) The developer shall obtain the City Engineer's approval of the project improvement plans and enter into a secured agreement with the City for completion of said improvements prior to issuance of any building permit within this project. The improvements shall be constructed and accepted for maintenance by the City Council prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit within the project. The improvements are: I.8 I/ a. Construct and replace any public improvements fronting the project that are damaged or otherwise unacceptable. 22 '17) The developer shall comply with all the rules, regulations and design requirements of the respective sewer and water agencies regarding services to the project. ' 23 24 18) The developer shall provide the City with a reproducible mylar 25 I copy of the site plan as approved by the Planning Commission.
