PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2696
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CITY'S
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR
1987-88 PROJECTS. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the
best interest of the City of Carlsbad to adopt a long-range
Capital Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, State Law requires that the Planning Commission
review the Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption, and
WHEREAS, funding is available or will be made available during
fiscal year 1987-88 to support the Capital Improvement Program
for 1987-88 from existing funds, projected revenues or transfers
-of unappropriated funds from the General Fund to the General
Capital Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the projects
included in the Capital Improvement Program are consistent with
the Carlsbad General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad that the Capital Improvement Program is
hereby recommended for approval and it is recommended that the
necessary funds and transfers be appropriated and approved.
