A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT ESTABLISHING A RESTAURANT, BANQUET
FACILITY, OFFICE, AND THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES ON THE EAST SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCINAS,
APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET NORTH OF POINSETTIA
LANE.
