CASE NO.: HDP 88-2 APPLICANT: CARLSBAD RANCH BUSINESS CENTER WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to 81i wit: 9 10 Parcel I1A1' of Parcel Map 2949 and Portion of Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map No. 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, I1 13 Planning Commission; and l2 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request l4 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15th day of l6 11 June, 1988 and 6th day of July, 1988, consider said request; and 17 1 Planning Commission Determination; and 2o be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the l9 all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to l8 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering 21 I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 22 23 Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 24 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, 25 the Commission APPROVES HDP 88-2, based on the following findings and subject to the following conditions: 26 /I Findinqs: 2711 1.
