A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF THE LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ZONE 20 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE, NORTH AND WEST OF THE PACIFIC RIM MASTER PLAN AREA AND SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
APPLICANT: DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS CONSORTIUM

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the

City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 8797

the citizens of Carlsbad, and l8
9829 implementing Proposition E approved on November 4, 1986 by l7
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 8110 and 16

requiring the processing of a Local Facilities Management Plan, l4
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9808 13

establishing facility zones and performance standards for public I’
adopting the 1986 Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan

desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors I 24
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing,

1) That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 20 is

consistent with the Land Use Element, the Public Facilities
Element, and the other Elements contained in Carlsbad’s

(Growth Management), as amended by Ordinance No. 8110 and
consistent with Section 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code 9
2) That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 20 is 8
