PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2777 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT, PLAN NO. SDP 87-4, TO ALLOW A 48 UNIT MOTEL ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE. APPLICANT: LIN CASE NO: SDP 87-4 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did approve said application on September 16, 1987, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did, on the 5th day of October, 1988, considered a request for the extension of this application on property described as: That portion of Tract No. 236 of "Thum Lands", according to Map No. 168 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to Site Development Plan 87-4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public ~ hearing, the Commission APPROVES the extension of SDP 87- 4, based on the following findings and subject to the following conditions: - . e * 1 2 3 4 I Findinqs : 1. No changes have been made to the previously approved project and the requested six month extension will have no adverse impacts 2. All of the findings of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2679 are still applicable 5 Conditions: I 6 7 1. This project shall comply with all conditions of Planning PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the 9 Planning Commission approval. 8 Commission Resolution No. 2679. 2. This extension is valid for six months from the date of 10 the 5th day of October, 1988, by the following vote, to wit: 11 Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on 12 13 14 15 16 17 3.8 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 AYES : Chairperson McFadden, Commissioners: Marcus, Schramm, Schlehuber, Erwin, Hall & Holmes.
