A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. CUP-
234 TO CONDUCT A VIDEO ARCADE BUSINESS ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF PLAZA
CAMINO REAL AT 2525 EL CAMINO REAL.

of land situated in the City of Carlsbad, being
a portion of Section 31 Township 11 South, Range
4 West San Bernardino Meridian and portions of
Lots 19, 20 and 33 and of Eucalyptus Street
according to Map 1136 filed in San Diego County;
and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning

Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing,
based on the following findings and subject to the following 4
conditions: 5
the Commission APPROVES the five year extension of CUP-234,

1. That no changes have been made to the previously approved 7

2. That all findings of Planning Commission Resolutions No. 2562

1. That all items and conditions of City Council Resolution No. 11
