PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2778
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. SDP 87-5 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF GARFIELD STREET, NORTH OF CHINQUAPIN AVENUE.
APPLICANT: GALLUCCI
CASE NO: SDP 87-5
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City
of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission: and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did approve the application
on December 16, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 5th day of
October, and the 19th day of October, 1988, consider a request for
an extension to this application on property described as: i
Lot 10 of block L of Palisades in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California according to Map 1747 filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, February 5, 1923.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to
be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to SDP
87-50 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based On the evidence presented at the public hearing, the COmmiSSiOn APPROVES an extension of SDP 87-5, based on
the following findings and subject to the following conditions:

Findinqs :
1. No changes have been made to the previously approved project
and the requested one-year extension will have no adverse
impacts .
2. All of the findings of Planning Commission Resolution No.
2702 are still applicable.
Conditions:
1. This project shall comply with all conditions of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2702.
2. The extension is valid for one year (or until December 16,
1989) from current expiration date of December 16, 1988.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the 19th day of October, 1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Chairperson McFadden, Commissioners: Schramm, Holmes
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Hall.
ABSTAIN: None.
Erwin, Marcus and Schlehuber.
