PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2772
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND HOSP WAY AT THE EXISTING TERMINUS OF WINTERGREEN DRIVE. APPLICANT: VISTA DE LA VALLE CASE NO.: HDP 88-3
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lot 1 through 8 inclusive and Lots 11 through 14 inclusive of CT 84-33 in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 11973, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego,

11 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided

by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
