A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE DESIGN FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 27 ACRE COMMERCIAL/GOVERNMENTAL CENTER ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: VON DER AHE
