HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-02-01; Planning Commission; Resolution 2816. i ~ -, ... 4' - e 0 1 2 3 4 5 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2816 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DEVELOP A 22,000 SQUARE FOOT SOUTH CARLSBAD BRANCH POST OFFICE WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 27 ACRES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL AND ALGA ROAD. The proposed branch post office is necessary and desirab' development of the south Carlsbad comnunity by providing net services.
