A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A RECYCLING COLLECTION FACILITY WITHIN AN APPROXIMATELY 27 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL AND ALGA ROAD. APPLICANT: VON DER AHE
