A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM RDM TO Q, RDM TO C2-Q, C2-Q TO RP-Q, AND L-C TO RP-Q ON PROPERTY GENER LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL AND ALGA RC APPLICANT: VON DER AHE CASE NO. : ZC 88-1
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:
Lot 1 of Carlsbad tract no. 82-23 in the City of Carlsbad, Ca of San Diego, City of California according to the map the number 11002 filed in the office of the County Recorder of County and a parcel of 1 and being a portion of record of su number 9900, County of San Diego, City of California filed in office of the County Recorder of said County together with t portions of the west half of the northeast corridor of sectior township 12 south, range 4 west, San Bernadino Meridian in County of San Diego, City of California according to the offi plat thereof.
