CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE A VARIANCE TO ALLOW SUBSTANDARD WIDTH GARAGES GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SI[ NAVARRA DRIVE, WEST OF VIEJO CASTILLA WAY. APPLICANT: BAGHERI CASE NO. : V 88-2 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit Lot 40 of La Costa South Unit No. 1 according to map therec 6117, filed June 3, 1986 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tt Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 1st day of Febr hold a duly noticed publ ic hearing as prescribed by 1 aw to COI request; and WHEREAS, at said publ ic hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be Commission considered all factors relating to V 88-2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commis City of Carl sbad as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hc Commission DENIES without prejudice V 88-2, based on thl findings: Fi ndi nqs: 1. There are no exceptional or extraordinary circumstances appli since the subject property is similar in size and shap developed and undeveloped properties in the vicinity. 2.
