A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE SIT

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with
Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
