PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2822
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAR1 CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO INSTALL LI( AT THE EXISTING CARLSBAD HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS COURTS ON PR( GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECT: VALLEY AND BASSWOOD STREETS. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: CUP 88-13
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City
and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, 1
Commission did, on the 15th day of February, 1989, hold a duly no1
hearing to consider said application on property described as:

Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for CUP 88-13, as shown on Exhibit (s) dated December 14, 1988, incorporated by reference and on f P1 anning Department. Development shall occur substanti a1 1, unless otherwise noted in these conditions.
2. This conditional use permit is granted for a period of 5 yr conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the P1 anning Di; yearly basis to determine if all conditions of this permit ha and that the use does not have a significant detrimental surrounding properties or the public health and welfa conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the Planning Coi
