APPLICANT: LAUREL TREE INVESTMENTS CASE NO.: ZC 88-6 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit All that portion of land designated as "description number 4, acres" as shown and del ineated on record of survey map number filed in the office of the County Recorder, San Diego Co December 19, 1960, being a portion of lot "G" of Rancho Hedionda, and the County of San Diego in the State of Califo according to the map thereof number 823, filed in the office o County Recorder, San Diego County, December 16, 1896. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tk Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided I of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 1st day of March, a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sa and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all pe.rsons desiring to be k Commission considered all factors relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anni ng Con fol 1 ows : A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. The proposed Zone Change is consistent with the Comprehensij Plan for Palomar Airport by 1) being consistent with the Cit! Plan and Local Coastal Program, and 2) by providing a land I compatible with the noise impacts from Palomar Airport. 3. The proposed Zone Change is consistent with the General P1 an. Facilities Management Plan for Zone 5 incorporated nonresidc use impacts from the subject site.
