APPLICANT: ENCINA ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY. CASE NO. : PDP 1(C) WHEREAS, a verified application for certain pro: wit: A portion of Fractional Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian according to the U.S. Government survey approved October 25, 1875 and a portion of Lot 88H8v of Agua Hedionda according to Map 823, filed November 16, 1896. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referre Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a re provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15 March, 1989, hold a duly noticed public hearing as pres law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hee considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of a1 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered al: relating to the Precise Development Plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the commission as follows: . All previous conditions of PDP l(A), City Council Rt No. 6926 and Planning Commission Resolution No. 211 longer applicable and shall be superseded by the c< of approval contained herein. 3.
