SDP 88-4 (A) TO CONSTRUCT A SECOND AUTO DEALERSHIP FOR THE SALES AND SERVICE OF INFINITY AUTOMOBILES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF CAR COUNTRY DRIVE SOUTH OF AUTO CENTER COURT.
