APPLICANT: VIEWPOINT CASE NO. : ZC 341 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Town 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernadino Meridian, County of San C has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thl Commission; and CONTROL (LC) TO R-1-7500-Q/OPEN SPACE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOC WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided t of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 19th day of April, a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sa. and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be t Commission considered all factors relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Con fol 1 ows : A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-341, based on the followi and subject to the following conditions. Findinqs: 1. The Zone Change is consistent with the General Plan and Lo Plan designation of RLM, Residential Low-Medium density, (0- 2. The Zone Change will be compatible with surrounding residentii to the north, west, and south.
