A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM LIM
APPROXIMATELY 1000’ NORTHWEST OF THE CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AN CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: VIEWPOINT
CASE NO. : ZC 341
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:
Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Town
12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernadino Meridian, County of San C
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thl
Commission; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Con

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-341, based on the followi and subject to the following conditions.
