APPLICANT: VIEWPOINT CASE NO.: HDP 88-19 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Town 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernadino Meridian County of San Di has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to thl Commi ssi on; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as r Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 19th day of Ap consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all te: arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said considered all factors relating to the Planning Commission Determir NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anning Corn fol 1 ows : A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he' Commission APPROVES HDP 88-19, based on the following fi subject to the following conditions: Findinqs: 1. The site's hillside conditions have been adequately identifi( on Exhibit's "A" - "E", dated April 19, 1989. 2. These hillside conditions have been incorporated into the consistent with the Hillside Development Regulations by thl terraced site plan. 3. The proposed project is consistent with the Local Coasta restricting grading on 40% slopes to only isolated pockets o limited areas essential for development. In addition, 13.; natural open space and an additional 3 acres of open space ea perimeter slopes have been dedicated as permanent open space, Condi ti ons : 1, Approval of HDP 88-19 is granted subject to approval of ZC-341 34. 2. Approval is granted for HDP 88-19 as shown on Exhi bit 'A', d 19, 1989, incorporated by reference and on file in thc Department. Devel opment shall occur substanti a1 ly as shl otherwise noted in these conditions. Any requested or propc to these exhibits shall first be submitted to the Planning Di review . PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regul ar meeting of th Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 19th da; 1989, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Chairperson Hal 1, Commissioners: Schramm, Schlehubc NOES : None.
