PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2832
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PE
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1000' FEET NORTH
OF THE CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: VIEWPOINT
CASE NO.: HDP 88-19
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Town

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to thl

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as r

subject to the following conditions:
Findinqs:
1. The site's hillside conditions have been adequately identifi(
on Exhibit's "A" - "E", dated April 19, 1989.
2. These hillside conditions have been incorporated into the consistent with the Hillside Development Regulations by thl
terraced site plan.
3. The HDP 88-19 is consistent with the Growth Management Ordina
