APPLICANT: ACACIA TOWNHOMES CASE NO: SDP 88-7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with t Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request I by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of May, 1989, consider si on property described as: Lots 10 and 11 in Block D of Palisades at Carl sbad as per Map No. 1747 filed in the office of the County Recorder's Office February 5, 1923. WHEREAS, at said pub1 ic hearing, upon hearing and cons' testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be h Commission considered all factors relating to SDP 88-7. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anning Commi ss City of Carl sbad as follows: I A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. ~ B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the APPROVING SDP 88-7, based on the following findings and subj following conditions: I Findinqs: 1. The Site Development Plan is environmentally sensitive, attractive and compatible with the existing and future s residential land use by exceeding all the requirements of tl Beach Area Overlay Zones. 2. The Subdivider shall provide separate sewer, water, gas, and services with meters to each of the units. 20. The developer shall be responsible for coordination with ! Pacific Telephone, and Cable TV authorities. 21. Prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy the exist driveway or apron shall be reconstructed by the developer t minimum of 3' of separation of the driveway apron flares. 22.
