FEET OF GREENHOUSE AREA ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF VALLEY STREET BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND BUENA VISTA AVEh CASE NO: CUP-230(A) APPLICANT: YADA FARMS WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, t Commission did, on the 17th day of May, 1989, hold a duly noticed pub to consider said application on property described as; That portion of Lot 30 of Patterson's Addition, in the Cal ifornia, according to Map thereof No. 565, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, September 22, 1888. All land and/or easements required to satisfy the conditions ( for this project shall be granted to the City, free and clear o and encumbrances and without cost to the City. 12. Additional public and/or onsite fire hydrants shall be requirec necessary by the Fire Marshal.
