PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2865
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE SITE
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
AND CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.
APPLICANT: PACIFIC COAST HOTELS/BLONSKI
CASE NO: SDP 88-1
WHEREAS, a verified appl ication has been filed with ti
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. SDP 88-1 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request ;
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of May, consider said
property described as:
A portion of Lot N and a portion of Lot H of Rancho Agua
Hedionda according to Map 823, filed by the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896.

1. The proposed project cannot meet the findings required 1
Development Plan because due to its mass and building height
