APPLICANT: PACIFIC COAST HOTELS/BLONSKI CASE NO: SDP 88-1 WHEREAS, a verified appl ication has been filed with ti DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. SDP 88-1 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request ; by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of May, consider said property described as: A portion of Lot N and a portion of Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda according to Map 823, filed by the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896. WHEREAS, at said pub1 ic hearing, upon hearing and cons' testimony and arguments, if any, of a1 1 persons desiring to be t Commission considered all factors relating to SDP 88-1. NOW, THI IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of C fol 1 ows : A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Denies Without Prejudice SDP 88-1, based on the following fin1 Findinqs: 1. As required by Local Faci 1 i ties Management P1 an Zone 22, th project has not completed a comprehensive financing plan guarar construction of identified circulation improvements. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of thl Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 17th d 1989, by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Chairman Hall, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Sc Erwin, Marcus & Holmes.
