A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REVISIONS TO CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS IN MP 177 FOR PROPERTY
AND EL CAMINO REAL.

2. As discussed in the staff report, (Section 2), the amended setback standard for attached multi-family dwelling units, 1 loaded garages, within Planning Area 9, is in compliance with t Development Ordinance.
