PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2872
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAR1 CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A HILLSIDE PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENl LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF JAMES DRIVE, BETWEEN HI1 AND PARK DRIVE. APPLICANT: HILLSIDE PARTNERS CASE NO.: HDP 89-1
WHEREAS, a verified appl ication for certain property to wit ~
Lots 16 and 17 in Block G of Bellavista in the City of Carl County of San Diego, State of California according to Map t!
No. 2152 filed in the office of the County Recorder March 7, Also, that portion of Lot 18 and said Block G of Bellavista northerly of the easterly prolongation of the northerly line I southerly 5 feet of Lot 1 in Block E of Bellavista.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Cor

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hc Commission APPROVES HDP 89-1, based on the following findings to the following conditions:

1. This site's hillside conditions have been adequately identifi on Exhibits "I" and "J" dated June 7, 1989. These site cond been incorporated into the site plan based on the Hillside Regulations by the use of small screened retaining wall s and s along with a terraced site plan.
