A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB CALIFORNIA, DENYING THE SITE PLANNING INFORMATION FOR A 51 DWELL
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF ALGA ROAD AND THE NORTH $
OF BATIQUITOS DRIVE.

WHEREAS, a verified appl ication for certain property to wit:
