PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2884
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF, THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW TEMPORARY AUTO STORAGE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CAR COUNTRY DRIVE, EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE AND SOUTH OF CANNON ROAD. APPLICANT: HOEHN CASE NO: CUP 89-4
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with t

WHEREAS, said veri f i ed appl i cat i on constitutes a request
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Planning Commission did, on the 5th day of July, 1989, hold a dl
