CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO SP 144 TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF SIX WASTEWATER TREATMENT TANKS AND ACCES5 FACILITIES TO REPLACE SIX EXISTING WASTEWATER PONDS AT THE SC ENCINA POWER PLANT LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEV! SOUTH OF AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON, NORTH OF CANNON ROAD AND WEST OF ATS&R RAILROAD. APPLICANT: SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC
