CALIFORNIA, DENYING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 89-10 AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 89-2 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTI CORNER OF OCEAN STREET AND GRAND AVENUE. APPLICANT: ST. TROPEZ WEST/CALIFORNIA BUILDERS CASE NO.: CT 89-10/PUD 89-2 WHEREAS, a verified appl i cati on for certain property to wit : Lot 1 of Block "B" of the Hays Land Company addition, in the of Carl sbad, County of San Diego, State of Cal ifornia, accor to map thereof No. 1221, filed in the office of County Recordt San Diego County, November 4, 1909. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to th Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as I Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of July, a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sai and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be h Commission considered all factors relating to the Tentative Trac P1 anned Unit Development .
