APPLICANT: BOB BAKER CASE NO: CUP 89-2 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with tl GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 1-5 AND Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request i by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of July, 1989, hold a dk public hearing to consider said application on property described i A portion of Lot "H" of Rancho Agua Hedi onda Map 823 as recorded on November 16, 1896, in the County of San Diego, California WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be t Commission considered all factors relating to CUP 89-2. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he Commission APPROVES CUP 89-2, based on the following findings to the following conditions: Findinqs: 1.
