A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
FOR A FLOODPLAIN ENCROACHMENT ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PARK DRIVE,
500 FEET EAST OF MARINA DRIVE.
APPLICANT: Laguna Shores

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit
