PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2914
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A DISCUSSION ITEM TO AMEND A NEGATIVE DECLARATION TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL FILL DIRT TO BE IMPORTED FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN THE CONSTRUCTION OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND WEST OF FUTURE COLLEGE
BOULEVARD. APPLICANT: RICHARD KELLY CASE NO.: DI 89-5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anning Commis:

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the
