CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW REDUCED FRONT, REAR 1 SIDE YARD SETBACKS FOR A FOUR GUEST ROOM ADDITION TO AN EXIST THREE ROOM BED AND BREAKFAST INN GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NO1 SIDE OF WALNUT AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 60 FEET EAST OF LINCOLN STRE' APPLICANT: HALE CASE NO. : V 89-3 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: All that portion of Tract 219 of Thum Lands, in the City Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according Map thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of the County Recor of San Diego County, December 9, 1915, described as follows: The northeasterly 50.0 feet of the southwesterly 170.0 feet therefrom the northwesterly 100.0 feet thereof. has been filed with the City of Carl sbad, and referred to the Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as p' Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 20th day of Septen hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to con request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be t Commission considered all factors relating to V 89-3.
